I had career focussed coaching with Sarah to assist me making a challenging decision about my career when I was having a really tough time at work. I was incredibly conflicted and could not focus my thoughts. Sarah was professional, caring and encouraging which made it easier to discuss difficult topics. I had coaching before with another provider but found it too led by me, whereas Sarah is more proactive in her approach, leading to a 2 way discussion which I really needed. The methods she used helped me clarify my thoughts and analyse my situation.
I am so glad I took this step, I can think clearer about my objectives and got alot out of this process. I would highly recommend Sunflower Coaching.

Coming from a professional background in psychological therapies, I was uncertain what Coaching would offer that I didn’t already know about wellbeing. However, I decided to work with Sarah at a time when I was starting a new training position and experiencing some difficult changes in my personal life.
Sarah was professional and personable. She made me feel incredibly comfortable to share things that I didn’t even think I would share. Sarah used evidence-based frameworks and theory for her approaches and clearly explained throughout how her work differs from that of therapy. She helped me to focus on the future; not only on where I wanted to get to but how I would achieve this practically.
After our first session of Wellbeing Coaching together, I felt like I was already on the right path to boosting my confidence and working towards my potential.

I am an undergraduate business student currently loving my placement in the largest IT firm in Northern Ireland. Before seeking help and advice from Sunflower Coaching I was a 2nd year business student struggling to find a placement opportunity during a global pandemic. I am a diligent, hard-working student on track to receive a 1st class honours degree but like many of my peers, I struggled to market myself in the correct way to employers.
When I got in touch with Sarah, she was brilliant at identifying in me what I was uniquely good at and where my strengths lay. From here she helped me pair these skills and qualities with events and occurrences which I could present at interview. This not only helped me to demonstrate my ability to do the job I was applying for, but also helped me market myself as an individual to a company and show why I stood out from others and the unique benefits that I could bring.
In the interview coaching, Sarah helped massively as I had only ever experienced lowkey interviews for casual part-time jobs. This was the most helpful part of the process for me, having always seen interviews as a serious and daunting process, but Sarah gave me tips on how to be professional and still let my personality shine through, as well as great tips for questions. After this, I felt fully prepped for our full practice interview which was very similar to placement interviews I have actually sat and been successful in.
I highly recommend Sunflower Coaching to students like myself and even grad students looking to enter the job market, a brilliant experience.

As a cynic of this kind ‘therapy’, I was dubious what Sunflower Coaching could offer me; However, I am at turning point of my life, looking for a new job, about to start a family and moving away from London after 15 years, so what better time to try some life coaching?
I had assumed that the coaching would be based on Sarah’s own experiences and was concerned that this would not work with me. I was pleasantly pleased to find out that, although I am no expert, it is clear Sarah uses a working psychology framework. This was very reassuring and felt productive. Especially given my reservations and expectations that it wouldn’t be more than anecdotal chit chat- this it certainly was not.
In our 50 min call, Sarah challenged me to reevaluate my priorities and concerns around particular areas of my life, through thoughtful and insightful questioning and reflection on my values (which we discussed early on in the call).Dan Munden, London
I am very grateful for Sarah’s advice and Sunflower Coaching and how they have helped me feel more ready for the big challenges ahead.
